Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Web Waala. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

One-Time Purchases (Download Tier)

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if you have not yet downloaded a generated website.
  • If you have downloaded a website, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will issue a refund if the generated output was significantly defective or unusable.
  • Refunds for one-time purchases are processed within 5-7 business days.

Subscriptions (Starter and Pro Tiers)

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have not used any hosting features, you may request a full refund of that payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@webwaala.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The payment date and amount
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Razorpay Disputes

If you file a payment dispute through Razorpay or your bank, we will cooperate with the dispute resolution process. We recommend contacting us directly first, as we can often resolve issues faster than the formal dispute process.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for payments made more than 30 days ago, or in cases where the Service was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
