By using Web Waala ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Service Description

Web Waala is an AI-powered website builder that generates static websites based on your business information and design preferences. The Service includes an AI-guided interview, brand customization tools, and website generation with downloadable output.

Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or use another person's account.

Payment Terms

• Download tier (one-time): A single payment grants access to AI-generated content and unlimited downloads for your projects.
• Subscription tiers: Monthly billing. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Intellectual Property

• Your content: You own the content generated for your business, including text, design configurations, and the downloaded website files.
• Stock images: Images from Unsplash are provided under the Unsplash License and include attribution in your generated site.
• Our platform: The Web Waala platform, its code, design system, and AI prompts remain our intellectual property.
• Free tier branding: Websites generated on the free tier include a "Made with Web Waala" attribution in the footer.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Abuse the AI interview system or attempt to circumvent payment requirements.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the platform's code or templates.
• Create websites that impersonate other businesses or individuals.

Limitation of Liability

Web Waala provides websites on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that generated websites will meet specific performance, SEO, or conversion benchmarks. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
